The NetHelpDesk smartphone application for iPhone offers an additional layer of functionality to complement the main NetHelpDesk platform. Available for free download and use, it facilitates access to key features designed to support help desk operations.

<li>Allows users to view tickets assigned to them, as well as unassigned tickets</li>
<li>Enables access to Customer, Site, and User details</li>
<li>Provides options to add Expenses, including amount and date incurred, either related to tickets or as standalone entries</li>
<li>Supports recording journeys associated with tickets or ad hoc travel, capturing odometer readings and vehicle registration information</li>
<li>Tracks time spent on tasks, logged by days not directly incurred against ticket actions</li>
<li>Offers viewing of Timesheets for Today, Week, specific days, or all entries</li>
<li>Facilitates synchronization with the main database, including data sent and time tracking</li>
<li>Permits capturing Customer and Technician signatures on tickets or individual action notes</li>
<li>Provides direct communication options via email or phone calls to end users from within the app</li>
<li>Supports taking photographs at approximately 60% of original size for upload to the server</li>
<li>Displays assets assigned to tickets and detailed asset information, including custom fields from the database</li>
<li>Enables issuing items to customers and viewing associated details</li>
<li>Allows provision of satisfaction surveys to end-users</li>
<li>Synchronizes appointments and reminders with iOS Calendar and Reminders applications</li>
